The Massage @ Livkraft is a bespoke blend of advanced massage techniques tailored exactly to your body’s needs and personal preferences. It features a combination of Advanced Clinical Sports Massage, Orthopedic Massage, Myofascial Therapies, Flexibility Training, Stretch Therapy & Cupping.
The Massage @ Livkraft is not a typical “massage” session. It is a comprehensive & interactive experience that may entail some movement & stretching. Due to the participatory and active nature of sessions, Clients are typically dressed in comfortable workout attire.
The Massage @ Livkraft combines active and passive techniques to maximize results. Your therapist utilizes a variety of techniques and skills she has developed over her 20-year career with more than 5000 hours in advanced training as a massage therapist.
About Your Therapist - Ui Eli
As a state-licensed healthcare provider, Ui Eli has maintained a referral based private practice specializing in Advanced Clinical Sports Massage and Flexibility Training since 1992. She is also highly skilled in many forms of orthopedic and osteopathic based massage techniques, kinesiology based techniques, Kinesio Taping, Rock Tape, and Strap Tape techniques.
Clinical in-office work experience includes working with High Profile Musicians, Professional Athletes (NFL, AVP, UFC, MLB, Surfing, Tennis Bodybuilding, Boxing, Swimming & Aerialists), US and international Olympic and National athletes.
Work includes: 2012 Paralympics in London, Summer Olympics 2004 Greece, British Olympic Training Camps 1996, 2018 BNP Paribas Indian Wells Pro Tennis Open, traveling internationally with USA Teams: Men’s and Women’s Paralympic Cycling Teams 2012, USA Men’s Indoor Volleyball Teams 2011, USA Men’s and Women’s Skeleton and Bobsled Teams 2004, 2014 Florida Seminoles Championship Team, NBA Player Sponsored Pre-season Camps, touring or working on-site with high profile musicians, and working on Film Sets with leading Fitness Industry experts.

Please arrive 10 – 15 minutes before your first appointment in order to fill out the required paperwork. When you have completed the intake form and waivers, a LIVKRAFT team member will check you in and walk you back to one of our Float Suites once the room is available and prepared for your treatment. Once you enter the suite feel free to lock the door for privacy (we have constant communication through our integrated intercom system when you are in the FloatPod and the ability to enter the room in case of an emergency). In the room you will find a shower, 2 towels, earplugs and Vaseline. Goggles are available upon request.

The Massage @ Livkraft is offered in 30, 60 and 90-minute increments. 30 minutes: suggested for targeted work on a current or chronic problem area. 60 minute : suggested for whole body work with a focus on certain areas of concern. 90 minutes: suggested for those clients with multiple areas of concern or clients training for athletic events or competition.
The Massage @ Livkraft is for anyone who wants to maximize their active lifestyle while minimizing pain and discomfort. What are the benefits? The Massage @ Livkraft may help decrease pain, increase range of motion, improve posture and posture-related issues, aid in the release of muscular tension & assist with energy and stress-related issues.
We recommend wearing comfortable fitting athletic or workout attire for your session. If you are dealing with a lower body injury we recommend wearing shorts.
Do not be surprised if you experience soreness for up to 2 days after your session depending on your issue and length of the session. Be sure to drink plenty of water and stay hydrated throughout the rest of the day and night. Refrain from physical activity or training for at least 24 hours after your session as your performance may be impacted due to soreness and muscle relaxation and release. For example, you may have a greater range of motion or flexibility that you are used to.
