BEET LEMON CARROT GINGER

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large beet (rinsed and chopped)
  • 1 orange
  • 1 lemon
  • 2-3 carrots (chopped, option to peel)
  • ¼ inch fresh ginger (peeled)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Peel and chop orange, lemon, and ginger
  2. Rinse and chop carrot and beet
  3. Add all ingredients to a juicer or high-speed blender 
  4. If adding to blender, blend with 1 cup water
  5. Puree until no large chunks remain, and strain through fine-mesh strainer
  6. Sip and enjoy!
  7. Store any leftovers in airtight container in fridge 

  


IMMUNE-DEFENSE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 orange
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 knob fresh turmeric (chopped, optional to peel)
  • 1 knob fresh ginger (chopped, optional to peel)
  • 1-2 tsp raw honey (optional)
  • Dash black pepper 

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Peel and chop orange, lemon, ginger and turmeric
  2. Add orange, lemon, turmeric and ginger to a juicer or high-speed blender 
  3. If adding to blender, blend with 1 cup water
  4. Puree until no large chunks remain, and strain through fine-mesh strainer
  5. Stir in raw honey and black pepper
  6. Sip and enjoy!
  7. Store any leftovers in airtight container in fridge 

 


GOLDEN MILK LATTE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup almond, coconut or oat milk (or sub milk of choice)
  • 1 tsp fresh grated turmeric or ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp fresh grated ginger or ½ tsp ground ginger
  • 1-2 tsp raw honey 
  • Dash black pepper 

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan
  2. Whisk over low heat until achieve desired heat
  3. For frothy latte, add to high-speed blender (*note: turmeric may stain blender!)


GREEN DREAM 

 INGREDIENTS

  • 6-8 stalks celery
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 knob fresh ginger (chopped, optional to peel)
  • 1 C fresh parsley (washed and loosely chopped)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Peel and chop lemon and ginger
  2. Add all ingredients to a juicer or high-speed blender 
  3. If adding to blender, blend with 1 cup water
  4. Puree until no large chunks remain, and strain through fine-mesh strainer
  5. Sip and enjoy!
