Chaga Chocolate Smoothie 

 

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup almond, oat, or non-dairy milk alternative, unsweetened
  • 1 packet of Four Sigmatic Chaga Elixir
  • 1 frozen banana 
  • 1 Tablespoon of cacao or cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter (or favorite nut/seed butter)
  • 1 tablespoon chia or flax seed, optional
